The Sims 2 Bon Voyage

This Sims 2 has finally convinced me that it's worth the upgrade from Sims 1. Yeah some of the new addons have been great, but this one looks awesome and really got me in. I am totally into holidaying and travelling so this one really appeals to me. Coming September 07.

Sony Ericsson 690i

Mobile phone technology is always getting better, but considering the speed at which things are changing it takes a special phone to convince me to upgrade. Sony Ericsson is the brand of phone I absolutely love and have always had. Since my first T20 to my latest w810i. The new upcoming 960i phone is going to be awesome and worth the cost and upgrade for me. This is THE phone I want to be using into 2008 and its due to be out at the end of this year.

Canada

Canada, the very first Country overseas that I ever want to travel to and hope to finally in mid 2008. My saving has totally began and it looks like it will happen. I feel that it will be one of the most awesome adventures of my life. It has to be (in my view) one of the most beautiful looking countries in the world. I love it's high peaks, beautiful scenery and real European look in parts yet serenity in others. It's going to be awesome.

Big Brother 07

Big Brother 07 is over, but one highlight for me was the call between Big Brother House in Australia and Big Brother in the UK. Five minutes really wasn't enough, but it was cool to watch. Notice how the UK version is edited differently- conversation is longer than shown on Australian tv and some of Travis' comments are edited out of the UK version -''they dont make em that old'' (referring to UK housemate Caroles' age).

Sim City

EA games, the makers of Sim City (a popular pc stratergy game in which players can build and manage their own cities) last month made an announcement that they are currently working on a new version of the highly successful game. The title is 'Sim City Societies' and the new game is expected to give users more creative powers than ever seen before. The new game allows players to not only create their city but also manage their cultures, societal behaviors and environments. The game is expected to be available in November 2007 across North America and Europe.

The Simpsons Movie

The Simpsons movie came out on July 27th and I'm finally to see it tomorrow night. Every website is doing a review, but I am keen to write something different. I want to know just how well the movie has been going. I also found some interesting facts on the movie and the tv show. Update: Awesome movie, much like a long episode of the show. Some might expect it to be a laugh-fest all the way through, but think of the show- is it ever funny 247? It has a lot of moments that are pure Simpsons gold.

Lyte Funky Ones

Since downloading Limewire I'm totally a LFO (Lyte Funky ones) fan again. As a teen I remember loving their funky song 'Summer Girls' so I did some research lately and was kind of sad to find they failed in the U.S. No wonder I can't find their cd's anywhere :P Lucky for the net I can access their stuff. They still have some fans out there! Though, I think I'm the only one sometimes.

Transformers

Last night I saw Transformers. I admit I wasn't into the cartoon as a kid so I had reservations about going to see it. That was all laid to rest within the first few minutes as there was a massive action scene that reeled you in and kept me watching. Haha I sound like a real movie reviewer- now to display some real writing talent.. As the movie progresses you're kept captivated by awesome special effects and a great cast and the awesome storyline wraps it up nicely. One to see at the cinema and happy to say it's not one of those movies you wish would just hurry up and end.
